YOU MUST CALL ahead of time to schedule an appointment for that day if you are planning on coming to check things out!   We now have everything on a scanning system with barcodes so that it will be easier to look things up and keep track of them.  We have books addressing such topics as: Child development, building a quality child care program, children's activities, and a whole array of children's book.  We also now have available Book Bags filled with books that are all related so that you will not have to thumb through all the books in our library. 

We have our lending library seperated into different Interest Areas.  We have Math, Science, Dramatic Play, Gross Motor, Sand & Water Play, Sensory, Special Needs, Literacy, Art, Infant/Toddler, Blocks, Block Accessories, Multicultural, Book Bags, Books, and Teacher Resources.

Our Lending Library is available to anyone in the public who would like to join!  It is a Yearly Fee of $40.00.  To make it easier for you if you know what you will be wanting to check out before you come you can call us ahead of time and we can put these things together for you.  Our Number is 525-3111 or 521-1426 or you can email Lindsay Brooks at lbrooks@rainbowfleet.org.

It is very imporatant to us that you CALL AHEAD OF TIME TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT to come to the Resource Center.  We are open Monday-Friday from 8:30am-4:30pm and The first and third Saturdays from 9am-Noon.  If you absolutely cannot make it here during any of these hours you can make an after-hours appointment (which must be made within a 48 hours in advance!)  No Appointments will be made after 7:00pm.
