Rainbow Fleet welcomes new members of executive team

OKLAHOMA CITY, June 3, 2022 – Daphne Peschl has been promoted to director of operations at Rainbow Fleet Resource and Referral, while Amanda Meron will serve as assistant director of operations, the nonprofit announced today.
“Daphne and Amanda are outstanding additions to our leadership team who are committed to furthering our mission of enhancing Oklahoma children’s lives throughout early childhood,” said CEO Carri Hicks.
Peschl earned an associate degree in business from Oklahoma City Community College before transferring to the University of Oklahoma, where she completed coursework in accounting. She has worked in accounting since 2011, with experience in nonprofit accounting and business development. Peschl volunteers in her hometown community of Chickasha, where she coaches youth softball and avidly supports Chickasha Public Schools events.
Meron completed coursework at the University of Oklahoma, where she studied communications, and at the University of Arizona, where she studied community advocacy and social policy. Since 2006, she has led training and development for business teams with exemplary results.Meron has also volunteered with Loveworks Leadership since 2013.
