RAINBOW FLEET RECEIVES
$400,000 GRANT
Rainbow Fleet receives a $400,000 grant from the Inasmuch Foundation
Rainbow Fleet Resource and Referral has received a $400,000 grant from the Inasmuch Foundation to repurpose part of Horace Mann Elementary School into the Rainbow Fleet Early Education Center.

“The need for quality, licensed child care is more pressing than ever amid the COVID-19 pandemic,” said Carrie Williams, Rainbow Fleet executive director. “The Inasmuch Foundation is helping us meet this need in a new way by providing high-quality early childhood programming in addition to our existing free child care referrals.”

Set to open in September, the center will operate 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday and has the capacity to serve 108 children in seven classrooms.
