Cancellation Policy
To ensure fair access and proper planning, please adhere to the following policy when booking the resource room: Booking a Room: All reservations for the resource room must be made with a minimum of one week's notice. This allows us to manage the schedule effectively and accommodate all requests. Rescheduling or Canceling: If you need to reschedule or cancel a booking, you must send a text message to 405-974-9126 or call 405-525-3111. Please do this as soon as possible to free up the room for others.
